Skills Profile
Communication Skills: I have presented a number of projects during my time at university so far. Communicating well with others is one of my strongest attributes. As a Web Manager communicating well with staff is key to the role. Training staff effectively requires strong communication skills and the ability to be a capable listener.
Leadership and Teamwork: As a Technical Support Engineer at TitanHQ, I understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving the company's goals. Working closely with escalation engineers, sales, and development teams, I have honed my communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Problem Solving & Analytics: I have good problem-solving abilities as I think logically and always ensure that I research the problem extensively before deciding on how to solve the problem. I am good at analysing situations and coming up with the best solution to fix the problem.
Initiative: I have excellent initiative and have no problem being the person to make key decisions. I have improved my initiative immensely over the Summer as I must make difficult decisions occasionally at work when my manager is not present to help me when there is a problem.
